Harmonix Managed Services
Client Support Center Services (CSC) provide clients
with a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and are essential for the delivery
of services in a timely and efficient manner. CSC Services are a complex
integration of Harmonix program management and network services processes,
people and technology. This team is typically provides the following competencies:
Network Operations Management Services provides corporations
with the opportunity to assign network management functions to Harmonix/Vigilant,
allowing our team to take the responsibility for managing the organization’s
infrastructure operations.
Acquisition Services provides centralized procurement, management and
configuration for multi-vendor hardware and software products.
Asset Management Services insure accurate inventory
and on-going tracking of IT assets from the time purchased/leased to disposal.
Desktop and Server Image Maintenance Services enables
clients to provide us with “master images”. These images are
managed and maintained on our servers and are used to either initially
configure or reconfigure deployed hardware to insure standardization.
On-site Support Services provide credentialed Vigilant
technicians for hardware or software support as a dedicated resource for
specific client locations.
Dispatch Support Services provide credentialed technicians
for hardware or software support on an as-needed, by-event basis throughout
the U.S.
Installs, Moves, Adds and Changes (IMAC) Services provide
credentialed technicians for hardware or software installations, moves,
adds or changes, either dedicated or dispatched.
Technology Refresh Services provide credentialed technicians
for hardware or software migration or remediation on an enterprise level.
Disposal Services provide technicians for the removal,
preparation and disposal of IT assets.
