Network Documentation
Many IT Directors are working with network environments
which have not been documented or they are working
with an out-of-date Network Topology. Our Vigilant Team
will work with you to document your existing network,
providing drawings with a macro view showing the overall
WAN and basic MDF, IDF Layout down to the view of IP
Address and Code levels. On the servers we keep track
of the software versions and elements of the Active Directory
layout.
Documentation is always available online at no additional
cost and a CD will be provided when analysis is complete.
For an additional monthly fee, our documentation specialists
will work with your team to integrate changes into
your documentation to ensure that a consistent and updated
view of your network topology is maintained in real
time. This may include any new sites, equipment or software
changes.
